1. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE DETAILS OF THIS PERMIT SHALL BE VOID.
2. This Work Permit is valid only on the dates indicated above.
3. Contractor(s) must submit a work permit for each type of work (architectural, MEFPS, testing, etc.).
4. Refer to Hanston House Rules for the time of submission for permits.
5. A separate HOT WORK PERMIT should be accomplished for hazardous works.
6. Workers shall accomplish a “Signed” Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) (under their company logo) as and when required or as directed by the Property Management Office. It shall be submitted to the Property Management Office prior to the commencement of work. Absence of JHA means non-approval of work mobilization.
7. Work permits for weekend shall be separated from the weekday work duration.
8. The contractor and the Project Engineer/Supervisor shall ensure that there will be no damage to the common areas and surrounding areas.
9. When transporting materials using the Service Elevator, cushion or padding must be used to protect theelevator interior.
10. Any damage to the common areas and surrounding areas due to negligence shall be charged to the contractor.
11. Contractor must clean up the area every day after work.
12. All works to be done shall not cause damage to exceed utility capacities of the Unit / Area or Building and shall comply with pertinent government and safety regulations in accordance with the Design and Construction Guidelines.
13. Construction hours shall be from 10 pm to 6 am. However, tenants constructing with adjacent tenants operating at this time are treated separately. Construction hours are mutually agreed upon between the leased space and the adjacent tenants (including tenants immediately above and below the leased space). PMO will assist in coordinating with the adjacent tenants.
14. No unnecessary noises. This includes playing of loud music.
15. Painting or spraying shall be done while air-conditioning is off. The Property Manager has the right to confiscate the materials and equipment which are used for painting or spraying.
16. Any work to be done that adversely affects the adjacent Units / Common Areas would be subjected to work stoppage.
17. If the contractors/ workers continue to resist work stoppage or orders from the Property Management Office, the Property Manager has the right to confiscate materials or equipment to affect the stoppage.
18. Tampering of Work Permits without the authorization of the Property Management Office and other authorized representatives will automatically render the Work Permit void.
19. Damages caused by construction works or any procedures of the like will not render Property Management Office liable.
20. Only those who are appointed by the owner shall be allowed to sign this permit.
21. Separate work permit for the scope of testing.
